ya my mom goes in for a recall and the people tell her her a/c is not working properly which it was running perfect and she says not to touch it because there was no reason to replace it and she picked it up and started it up and started the a/c and it didnt work. They broke it and wouldnt give her any help when complaining. I want a peply asap before i have to get the law involved
