I am a soldier in Iraq. I've been here since the begining of the war. I was told by a customer service representative over the phone that because the vehicle would be in storage and would not be driven I only needed to have comprehensive isurance, but there was a form I needed to fill out. So I had my mother, who has power of attorney, call to get that form. They would not talk to her and ended up making me pay for comprehensive through Transouth. I sent in a check for $5000 after being out here for six month and saving. Transouth took that money for insurance. Six months of being at war away from my wife and family. Living in conditions very few people can imagine and Transouth just takes the little pay that I made. Not a dime toward my debt.

To Whom it May Concern:

I believed this matter was straightened out some 4 or 5 years ago. Apparently you insist on forcing me to do any or all of the following:
1. File a lawsuit. 2. File a formal complaint with the Nevada Consumer Affairs. 3. File a formal complaint with the Nevada Financial Institution Division. 4.File a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
5. File a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Southern NV.
6. File a formal complaint with the District Attorney of Clark County

When you purchased Avco Auto Financial’s former accounts, they sold you accounts that were discharged through bankruptcy. In the simple English that a first grader can understand, that means that a US District Court Bankruptcy Judge told me, "Ron, you don’t ever have to pay this loan.!!”
As near as I can figure, and I’m only a retired litigator with 21 years experience with the US Government, Avco feloniously screwed you. You, on the other hand either stupidly and/or negligently bought an account that can never be collected. To make matters worse, you insist on reporting this bogus account to the credit reporting agencies, although I never did business with you. And, if this isn’t bad enough, it is listed as a delinquent payment account, although there was never even one late payment during the entire life of the loan. I have researched your firm on the Internet. Your reputation is highly in question. Clear this up and delete the information or I take this matter as far as needed. THIS I PROMISE..
