I just had a colonoscopy at your same day surgery center. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by your friendly staff it helped ease my nervousness. Even the woman who took my information was so kind and helpful. When I went back to get ready for the procedure I was greeted by Heather. She was going to give my my IV. I am a little nervous about getting a needle. Well, she calmed my fears and needless to say I experienced very little pain. Then I was introduced to the nurse who had called me earlier that week, Beth. She was also great. So was Gloria. I will make sure I let people know how well I was taken care of at your facility. Please thank the women that I mentioned and the front desk and intake people. Sincerely, Debra Bernstein
