This is one of the worst jewelry stores I've encountered. My mother went there to have her battery changed from her watch, however they did not do what is expected, they gave it back to her,a nd charged, not saying if it works or not, she thought they were good jewelers, because she have bought jewelries from them, so she did not check to see if it does work or not. So she goes home, then a week later(because we live in kendall and have no time) she came back to them and asked why it does not work. And do you know what they said? Yes, they just say that her watch is broken, and their batteries are fine, not even having to check it. She argues with them then wants to call the police, they will not negotiate, but only say that her watch is broken and she needs the company to fix it. She does not believe them, then goes to a different jewelry store to check to see if it is true. Its a miracle! The man at Zales got it to work after he replaced the battery from Kevin's jewelry. She went back to them, and they called security, and thinks that my mother don't know english so they told her that she should wait for the manager, and they would not refund and give back my mother's dignity, they say she is lying!!! I only want to say that these workers will soon deplete their customers, I won't mention any names, those three girls and the old guy who worked on the watch. I think this should be settled in a law suit if you don't give back her dignity. I will see to what the manager will say on Monday, October 5, 2002.
