I found this local restaurant here. My first order was fine. However, on my second order, today, I placed the same order. Minutes later I called asking if they can throw in an extra couple of fortune cookies. They said fine, but we have to charge you $1.50 for delivering outside our area, of which I wasn't charge or told the last time. Yet when I told them about the last time and why I wasn't told before ordering. They responded "Well, the forgot to tell you the last time. but now we have to charge you". They wouldn't budge over $1.50 and were willing to lose a customer who will tell at least 10 people about this experience. They gave me the attitude of, "We don't need you (customer), you need us."

WELL I HAVE NEWS FOR THEM, I DON'T NEED YOU, YOU NEED ME. It's companies like them who set themselves up to fail.
